GD-Laser

Specialist of Tube Cutting

We provide professional laser tube cutting services to clients that include major semiconductor, machinery, and automation companies in the Greater Taichung area, fulfilling customer needs with true tube-cutting craftsmanship.

Tube Category

Round Tube
Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel

Automated loading and NC pipe cutting programs maintain consistency in the hole position and angle of each round pipe, facilitating subsequent assembly and welding clamp design

Square tube
Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel

High-precision pipe cutting with measurement inspection ensures pipe length, hole spacing and diagonal accuracy, suitable for structural parts and modular frame production.

Tank Iron
Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel

Minimize assembly interference in advance by integrating 3D design software with cutting NC software, reducing the risk of on-site trials and backlogs

H-type steel
Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel

Multi-faceted cutting and sloping can be directly matched to on-site welding construction, reducing site processing and assembly time, meeting the precision requirements of semiconductor grade equipment racks

Rectangular Tube
Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel

High-precision pipe cutting with measurement inspection ensures pipe length, hole spacing and diagonal accuracy, suitable for structural parts and modular frame production.

Angle Iron
Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel

Minimize assembly interference in advance by integrating 3D design software with cutting NC software, reducing the risk of on-site trials and backlogs

Our Solutions

Common round tubes, square pipes and various types of steel on the market can help in processing. You can also purchase raw materials by GD-laser.
Yes, by providing a 2D drawing file (DXF, DWG) or 3D model (STEP, IGES), the engineer will first review the feasibility and give optimal machining advice.
Common metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys can be cut. Special materials can provide material description and use first and be confirmed by the engineer after evaluation.
The diameter of the round tube is about 10 mm to 406 mm, the square tube is about 10 mm to 300 mm, and the maximum machining length is 12 m, suitable for long pipes and large production needs.
Usually small batch trials take about 5 to 7 working days. Bulk production or special parts will be agreed upon separately according to the number of pieces and the complexity of the drawing.
The plant has access to 42 feet of connected truck, suitable for long loads and bulk shipments, as well as vehicle assistance can be arranged upon request.
